Skills and Experience: Clive is a Chartered Accountant and brings wide ranging experience in senior financial roles to the Board. Prior to his retirement from executive roles Clive spent almost thirteen years as Group Finance Director of Spectris plc having previously held a number of other senior finance positions both in the UK and overseas. Until recently he served as Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc.
